My Hong Kong Trip

It was a hectic trip of Hong Kong and Macau and since everything was packed within two and a half days it left me completely exhausted.
We went to Hong Kong airport via Hyderabad and then via Kaula Lampur, the onward journey took about three quarters of a day and two of my observations were :-
1. The new Shamshabad airport developed by GMR was far ahead of any other international airport which India posesses and was a welcome relief.
2. My word but Hong Kong airport was monstrously huge, i mean it keeps going on and on and on.

After we landed in Hong Kong we checked into a gorgeous 4-star hotel and after an hour's rest visited the Hong Kong's Madame Tussaud's museum , here are some shots(lots of celebs, scientists and great leaders and influential people) :-

Well after an exhausting day at tussaud's and some shopping I was completely drained out.
The next day we visited The Hong Kong Disneyland,I was initially apprehensive about this adventure as i always thought that disneyland was toddler stuff, but my sister and mother managed to coax me into it. It turned out to be an awesome and exhilirating experience and I kind of enjoyed it. Some more images :-

The next destination was the Tian Tan Buddha statue located in the Lan Tau island, after a scintillating ropeway ride, Some more images :-

A few more random images of Hong Kong :-

A view of HKUST(Hong Kong university of science and Technology) :-

Bank of China Tower :-

Well so the next morning itself we left for Macau, and I was disappointed as Macau paled in comparison to Hong Kong. Except for Casino's, I hardly found anything else interesting. Here is an image of Grand Lisboa Casino :-

Well a view from within the Macau sky tower :-

Well that about covers my first international trip. Being used to Indian food I found adjusting to chinese cuisines very difficult. Overall it was a different experience.
